Korea Real Estate Commission Rates

In Korea, real estate agent fees are regulated by law. The maximum rate for apartment purchases under 200 million KRW is 0.5%, for 200-900 million KRW it is 0.4%, and for over 900 million KRW it is 0.9% (negotiable up to a cap). Both buyer and seller pay the commission to their respective agents.
